London Deanery Frontier Project - 360 Appraisal for SASG

What happens next...
1. We will check your eligibility with the Deanery and then send you a link via email to enable you to register on our system, log in and complete your appraisal. Please read this email carefully and follow the registration and login instructions.
2. You will also receive a welcome email inviting you to choose your respondents. Please choose your respondents carefully ensuring you have correct email addresses. Once you have logged in you can easily enter these on the website. Or if you prefer we will enter them onto the system for you.
It is YOUR responsibility:-
a) To make sure you have spoken to the respondents and they have agreed to give feedback in the required timeframe.
b) To make sure that you have accurate respondent details - especially email addresses. These must be in FULL INTERNET format (e.g. joe.bloggs@xyzhospital.nhs.uk) - internal format NHS email addresses will NOT work.
c) To make sure that the respondents you have chosen are sufficient to meet any GMC revalidation requirements. This will be explained in your welcome email.
3. You will need to log into the system and complete the self perception questionnaire. You must answer EVERY question for your report to be completed.
4. Your respondents will receive and automated email from us asking them to complete a feedback questionnaire for you. You will be able to monitor progress by logging in and looking at your control panel.
5. If any of your respondents do not complete their feedback in the required timescale we will send a further email reminder. If they still do not complete we will contact you with details of those who have not completed and it will be your job to either get them to complete or ask us to remove them from the list.
6. Once all your responses have been completed your report will be made available to you. Together with the report you can download a workbook which will help you interprete your report and develop your action plans. Download your 360 workbook here
