HealthService360 is a fresh dynamic company run by energetic passionate people used to working in the public sector. HealthService360 was set up in 2009 to provide bespoke 360 feedback tools for the health sector. this fast simple online service is designed to compliment the company's existing package of development solutions. We offer a solutions driven bespoke services to enhance development and performance in the NHS and international health sector. We work hard to ensure genuine emotional engagement from clients and participants and are prepared to push boundaries and challenge perceptions to enable personal and organisational growth. Lynda Holt MA, DipHE, RGN, FInstLM

 Managing Director

Lynda is an inspirational leader with the ability to challenge assumptions, inspire creative thinking and develop potential. She has an excellent understanding of organisational dynamics, an eye for hidden talent, and a successful record of engaging individuals in corporate goals. She has an extensive coaching toolkit for corporate, team and individual clients. She is an INLPTA qualified NLP practitioner, with natural ability in applying NLP principles to everyday life. She is an accomplished conference speaker, has a number of academic publications, and has recently published a 2nd edition of a core emergency care text.

Lynda says "when I completed my first 360 many years ago it was one of the most enlightening and empowering development activities I have ever done, it pushed me out of my comfort zone helped focus my skills"

Over the last 9 years Lynda has enjoyed working with clients to develop staff, create service improvement and increase leadership within organisations and teams. Her roles include:

  • Implementation and management of 360 feedback programmes, coaching and development planning.
  • The development and delivery of bespoke leadership programmes for NHS Trusts, Education Consortiums, and individual health professionals
  • Commissioned by Trusts, such as, Worthing and Southlands Hospitals NHS Trust, QE Hospital, Woolwich, and Stockport PCT to undertake system reviews and implement improvements.
  • Clinical investigation for NHS organisations
  • Developed change toolkit for health professionals needing to challenge cultural barriers, (Freedom to Practise 2003). This was a joint project between the RCN and the DoH (England)
  • External Examiner Manchester Metropolitan University Advanced Practitioner Master Programme

Prior to establishing Dolan & Holt Consultancy Ltd in 2001, Lynda worked in a variety of clinical and management roles in the NHS, she has over 15 years experience in leadership roles, both within organisations and at national level. She has been involved in national policy development, establishing new services, and expanding professional boundaries.
