Dolan & Holt Consultancy Ltd is a fresh, dynamic company developed by individuals with personal experience of working within large public sector organisations and a genuine commitment to improving both performance and worker satisfaction. We are passionate, energetic and proud of what we have achieved so far. We believe we can share this passion and energy with clients and offer a bespoke range of solutions to the NHS and Public Sector in the UK and overseas. We work hard to ensure genuine emotional engagement from clients and participants; and we are prepared to push boundaries and challenge both organisational and individual realities to enable personal and organisational growth.

The Company’s core activities include:-

  • Bespoke diagnostics with client to assess needs and identify organisational objectives
  • Leadership training based on specific client need, tailored from specific professional groups, exec teams, middle management, or team leaders. These activities range in duration and usually include some individual diagnostics such as 360 feedback, or competency based assessment
  • Organisational development activities, again based on specific client needs, these include intra organisational events, specific team events and events aimed at improving interdepartmental working. These activities are largely designed to improve organisational performance, and usually involve furthering staff engagement, understanding cultural blocks, and facilitating activities to address these. Organisational development activities can also be process driven, and involve empowering staff to effect service modernisation
  • Corporate coaching, either one to one or with teams / small groups. All coaching activities focus around individual growth, and sustained development
