The Health Service 360 Practitioner Scheme is run by Lynda Holt and is designed to create a network of experienced professionals who we are happy to recommend to our clients.
Be part of the practitioner scheme and ensure your clients know that 360° feedback is an accredited part of your portfolio by displaying the 360 Authorised Practitioner logo. The practitioner scheme will give you the confidence and the tools to use one of the most robust and flexible 360° feedback systems available.
Practitioner Network
This free network is for open to all practitioners wanting to use 360° feedback tools for clients or their own organisation, to link with other coaches / trainers and to share knowledge and experiences.
It is ideal for people who use 360 feedback occasionally and would like to keep up to date with latest developments, see how others incorporate 360 into their business and have access to the Health Service 360 Practitioner Development Scheme and network events. The network is run jointly with Appraisal360 so members can share their 360 skills with practitioners across all industry sectors as well as in health care specific forums.

Recommended Practitioner
Practitioners recommended by Health Service 360 have access to all of the above plus a listing on the Health Service 360 Practitioner section with links to their own website, use or the practitioner logo and the opportunity to attend special networking events for free.
You can become a recommended Practitioner by one of the following routes
1. Existing Health Service 360 practitioner, works regularly with tool and is familiar with running corporate projects using Health Service 360
2. Has completed Health Service 360 practitioner programme and completed a project using Health Service 360 tools
3. Has existing 360 facilitation training from another provider and has undertaken Health Service 360 induction and completed Appraisal project using
 Health Service 360 tools

Practitioner Development Workshops

This workshop is designed for experienced Coaches, Learning & Development Specialists and HR professionals who are used to running their own development / development projects and wish to learn more about how the Health Service 360 system works.
Practitioners have the opportunity to:

- Learn how to interpret the detail of the feedback report
- Explore ways of managing feedback sessions to get the best for your clients
