The tool is designed to reflect the NHS Leadership Qualities Framework, and provides participants with comprehensive feedback about their management and leadership ability. The tool consists of mandatory and optional competencies allowing participants or their managers the flexibility to choose competencies most appropriate for their role. Medical Leaders
This tool is designed for doctors, and has been designed to reflect the Medical Leadership Competency Framework (MLCF). It provides the candidate with a set of competencies reflecting the dimensions of the MLCF resulting in 360 feedback on leadership, interpersonal skills and service delivery which is relevant to medical leaders.
GMC mapped for Revalidation
This questionnaire provides 360 feedback based on GMC domains recommended for revalidation taken from Good medical practice. It is designed for doctors who want a 360 tool that provides meaningful feedback on clinical and interpersonal behaviours.
KSF tool for Nurses
This questionnaire is based on KSF competencies, and offers the candidate feedback on a range of clinical and interpersonal skills appropriate for their role. It is mapped to the KSF to include all of the core competencies as mandatory fields then offers the General and Health and Well-being competencies as optional choices creating user flexibility to ensure the questionnaire matches the candidates needs and can be used to meet organizational appraisal requirements allowing meaningful personal development plans to be created.
KSF for NHS Professionals
This questionnaire has been designed to meet KSF requirements for appraisal. It is flexible enough to enable you to match the specific KSF competencies of your job description to build your 360 questionnaire. The feedback report and accompanying workbook helps you create your personal development with meaningful goals and benchmarks for the year ahead. The questionnaire is made up from the six core KSF competencies common to all NHS jobs. Candidates then choose between three and six optional competencies from the twenty four job specific competencies.
