Health Service 360

The way we treat each other as humans and work colleagues defines the workplace cultures we create – we all deserve to work in environments that heal and not hurt us.

“When leaders get braver, everything changes”

Our founders, Professor Lynda Holt and Professor Brian Dolan OBE, bring decades of experience in  healthcare leadership and education, and have influenced working lives of thousands of leaders.

We’ll help you ditch the performative noise, break patterns that keep you  stuck, and build cultures that actually feel good to work in.

The relentless pace of  our healthcare heas left many people are struggling, in some cases they are exhausted, disconnected, and done with spin.

It’s not just the workload, leaders at all levels are cracking under the weight of fear, ego, and bureaucracy.

We work with the humans behind the titles, the ones making tough calls, holding messy conversations, and trying to lead without losing their soul.

Leadership

Humans leading other humans, caring for even more humans is not for the faint hearted.

Culture

Culture belongs to the people within it, leaders need to create movement not mandate.

Valuing Time

When you value patient and staff time you reduce waste, create agency, and help your people deliver the best possible care.

Connection

This starts with self-awareness and the ability to manage your own behaviour and attitude. Then you have the capacity to meet people where they are and build connection, trust and the psychological safety needed to navigate the demands of healthcare.

There are pleanty of things that can help with this, some of our favourites are incivility training, psychometrics like Insights Discovery, and 360 Feedback

No one should be harmed by the culture they work in

Healthy Culture

Most organisations have many micro cultures, some healthier than others. Culture is created by those you interact with most closely, your boss, your peers, those you lead – and to an extend those you care for.

There are, however, a few core things to focus on when creating cultures that heal not harm those within them. Inclusion and belonging top the list. When people feel safe, valued, and and part or something you have the basis for connection, honest conversation, and ownership.

This also helps you build resilience, through emotional agility, energy management and capacity awareness – not mental toughness or doing more with less.

Healthy Culture – treating each other with respect, having braver conversations, dealing with behaviour while developing the emotional agility you need to navigate leading at any level, is baked into all our programmes and one day workshops.

Leadership

Leadership is the glue that holds things together. Leaders are everywhere, some positional, some because of their expertise and some because of their ability to connect with and influence those around them.

It’s these social leaders that really hold the keys to how your organisation feels, how it runs and frankly, whether people want to work there.

Our work is grounded in behavioural science, our leadership programmes, mix challenge with care, make space for reflection and growth, and equip people to be braver, more impactful, and to embrace their humanity.
