Cancellation Policy

The Braver Group Ltd commit to delivering high quality, interactive conferences and events. We invest heavily in your experience and aim to be fair about both yours and our investment. The cancellation policy below outlines our cancellation terms.
In Person events and conferences:
Your booking is a contract. Cancellation and substitution requests must be made in writing to events@healthservice360.com
Cancellation charges will apply, as detailed below for all confirmed bookings:
>28 days before event full refund will be given
8-28 days before event 50% fee refund
>7 days before conference 25% delegate fee refunded
No refund can be given for places cancelled within <7 days of the event.
It is possible to transfer your ticket to a colleague or friend at any point from time of booking to 7 working days before the event. If the event is multi-day and you have booked a single day ticket, you can request to transfer to a different day, pending availability. If you wish to do either of these please contact events@healthservice360.com
The Braver Group Ltd reserves the right to change an event programme and/or speakers at any time and without prior notice. It also reserves the right in its absolute discretion to cancel the event, in which case a full refund will be issued for your booking.
If payment has not been received by the date of the event, the Braver Group Ltd reserves the right to cancel your booking.
Virtual events and conferences:
Where fees have been paid, cancellation charges will apply, as detailed below for all confirmed bookings
A full refund of your delegate fee will be given when you cancel more than 7 days prior to the event
A 50% refund your delegate fee will be given when you cancel between 7 day and 24 hrs prior to the event starting
No refunds can be given for cancellations made within 24 hours of the event start.
It is possible to transfer your ticket to a colleague or friend, you must notify us of this request at least 2 working days before the scheduled event.
Some digital events will be available on-demand after the event, this will be made clear when booking and will enable you to watch event content even if you do not attend ‘live’. Where this is the case access details will be sent to you as soon as is practical after the event closure.
An internet connection is required to access virtual events. No refund will be given if delegates do not access or are unable to access the virtual events for reasons beyond the organisers’ control (e.g. system firewalls, inadequate system requirements, slow internet connection, etc.)
Our event run over Microsoft Team or Zoom. These are supported by lastest versions of most popular web browsers including – Chrome, Edge, and Safari, as well as latest versions of Andriod ans IOS.

Filming and Photography:
Photography, filming and sound recordings takes place at most of our events, delegates consent to the above unless we are notified at the event that you wish to be excluded, in which case we will not use any media which identifies you.
Recordings and photography may be used for future marketing.
Event Privacy policy:
The Braver Group Ltd keeps a secure bookings database for the organisation of its events. Information you supply on this booking form will be held by the Braver Group Ltd and may be used to shape future events and inform you of our future events and services.
If you are attending an event that has been jointly organised with another organisation your name, job title, and email will be shared with our partners in order to successfully deliver the event.
Your information won’t be shared with third parties including other delegates and sponsors without your express consent.
